Technical Support Engineers (Promotion 2014)

Within a project team as a Technical Support Engineer, you will support an operator of a SAP BI client

Your duties will include:
- Manage technical incidents
- Monitoring and Managing the incidents
- Ensure quality of services provided on the perimeter of the support incidents
- Diagnose and / or resolve technical customer problems level 2 and 3.
- You must ensure preventive maintenance and customer relationship
- Provide knowledge sharing

PROFILE
Computer Engineer ENSI , FST , INSAT, ENIT, ISI or equivalent ( Promotion 2014)
Fluency in business English is required.
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Fluency in business English is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Focus on quality delivery
